01 · Prep
Strip, sand and filler. ~70% of the finish is decided here — if the surface is not right, paint will show it.
02 · Controlled booth
Primer, base and color in timed layers inside a dust-free booth. Each car enters clean and leaves intact.
03 · Controlled cure
We cure each layer to the manufacturer bake schedule inside the booth — fully and evenly, not half-dry and half-wet.
04 · Polish & assembly
Final polish, trim reinstallation and delivery with written warranty on application.

Typically 7–14 business days depending on body condition, Uvita weather and color complexity. We do not release the car until cure is complete.
Yes. We work with Roberlo and BESA formulas from the factory code or a physical sample. New tones are fine too.
The booth removes dust, bugs and particles that stick in fresh clear. We also control temperature and humidity — critical in Costa Rica.
